3. We will explain facility recommendations based on the physical, social, and financial factors. We utilize an assessment tool to ensure nothing is overlooked. All information is handled confidentially.
   
   
4. We will come to your home or place of business to discuss the options available to you and your family members.
   
   
5. We will accompany you on a tour of the potential care facilities.   All facilities are licensed by the State of Arizona and have also been personally screened by myself.
   
   
6. Once the facility is selected and the resident moves, professional follow-up will occur.
   
   
7. Ongoing support is available to the family as needs or care level changes.
